Looking for help; small campaign for noobs hosted by vet?

I'm new to DND, though im starting a campaign in about two weeks, and the dm taught me how to char create (which is what i needed mostly) but i would need a veteran DM to host a small campaign (probably a oneshot) to get me into the swing of things. Maybe a three member party, some easy encounters, that kind of shit? Reply with your thoughts

I have a campaign set up for introducing the game / teaching and learning the game and the interface. My game is based on Basic D&D (1980's styled). If you are practicing for a certain campaign you've got coming in 2 weeks, you probably want to stay inside the particular Edition of D&D that you are preparing to play. What version of D&D are you focusing on?
the newest one, 4 i think? the dm showed me how to play but practice runs would always help new guys out
The newest D&D is 5th edition. Have another look and maybe search at google and compare with your character sheet. Most DMs can tell you in 3 seconds just from looking at your character, which edition it's for. Are you needing to learn D&D, or roll20, or both? You should expect people new to roll20 to need time to learn how things work, especially if you are DM'ing. If you are interested in a one-shot, or just an exposition in 5E combat, I can arrange something short and suitable for your character. Send me a PM, and a link to your character sheet.
dnd specifically, and i think it's 5. rogue has brutal scoundral an stuff like that? and yeah, if you can do that, that would be great.
Are you also looking for those "noobs"?
yeah, i actually have a friend who wants in.
im his friend, and im also a noob to this game. except i dont know anything at all, whereas aiden knows some shit
