Can't Upload to the Art Library

Afternoon all, sorry to trouble you. I'm very much a novice so apologies for the inquiry. I can't seem to upload some pictures to the art library. I have some images of locations that I want to use (not maps) and I'm trying to upload them but all I'm getting is this and it just stays like it. I've shrunk the images size from about 1.5mb to 64kb but that's not helped. Any suggestions ? Many thanks

Hi Boycie MacReady! Have you checked your account page to see if you might have exceeded your storage quota? If so, and you need to reduce, remember that audio takes up many times as much space as images do. People often overlook that.

Hey Keith many thanks. I had no idea about that :) I've just checked and think I'm ok for storage and i had upgraded to Pro a little time back

Yeah, that looks like you have a ton of space. Perhaps something is blocking a needed process. Here are my recommendations, in order: 1) Try to upload while logged in in a private browsing window. That should identify most instances where the issue is coming from an extension. 2) Try deleting cache and cookies. This can eliminate most instances of bad or lingering data getting in the way. 3) Try a different machine and browser, if you have easy access to such. That should eliminate most possibilities that the issue is local to your setup. 4) Gather a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) from the time you try to upload, and file a  Help Center Request .

Follow those steps from keithcurtis. Other thoughts, Are you trying to click the button "Choose a File" or are you trying to drag-and-drop the 64kb file onto the dotted-line box there? (In screenshot) What is the file-format of your 64kb art file, is this a .JPG ?
