Experienced GM Looking for established group of friends for voice recorded game for youtube.

Hi I am JeffreyJames and i am looking for an established group of friends to play and record for my animated series on youtube, only your voice will be recorded and the roll20 game screen and discord. I would like to find a pre established group of friends because i think the RP and player interactions are better between friends than strangers. It takes a lot of work to edit and animate the series so i would like to start with good content from great characters/players. I run 2 different themed games (space and fantasy) with my own RPG system called "firewinds" . "firewinds of the seas" is the high fantasy gladiator viking pre gunpowder pirate game like Homer's Iliad or Odyssey or the Princess Bride .&nbsp; "firewinds of the suns" is a space-western game like firefly, starwars, cowboy bebop, and cyberpunk edgerunners with guns and spaceships. I have been a tabletop gm for 7 years and on roll20 for 3 years. All my rolls are on the table for everyone to see, not behind a screen,&nbsp; and I let the dice tell the story, good or bad. The Roll20 Buttons are already written for you to click so you don't have to type in rolls when you play. There is no 0 session, setting up characters takes&nbsp;10-20 mins then we start playing today!&nbsp;it is easy to learn and easy to play. &nbsp; FIREWINDS is a simple RPG system that allows for lots of role-play creativity and character development. THERE ARE NO CLASSES OR RACES, you can pick the skills you want without restrictions. Use a quick worksheet to pick the skills you want to make a character in about 5 mins. THIS IS NOT DND 5E&nbsp; It's designed to be easy to learn and FAIR for players.&nbsp; Rules to the game system are on the website. THE MAGIC SYSTEM AND SPELLS ARE DIFFERENT THAN DND 5E and EVERYONE CAN USE MAGIC. It can be a high magic or low magic game, players will decide. You have to "Roll-to-Cast" with your Religion-Magic skill. Spells can work better the higher you roll or not at all if you roll poorly.&nbsp; You can use basic easy magic to help defend yourself, heal yourself, or make your attacks do more damage. You can add points to your magic skill and cast more times per day and collect magic items that add points to your magic rolls so you can more easily cast harder spells. &nbsp;&nbsp; Everyone has the same targeted AC system where damage literally could cost you an arm and a leg and anyone can use armor that lessens the damage you take. AS A GM I HAVE A FEW RULES&nbsp; 1. HEROS ONLY -&nbsp; DON'T BE A MURDER RAPIST HOBO, no evil characters.&nbsp; 2. Sex scenes are just cut scenes like PG13 tv.&nbsp; 3. Be 18+ or act like you are 18+, and act like you are 18+ if you are 18+. We use foul language and don't give a F*** . 4. BE CREATIVE - Have a suggestion for a pronounceable character name, if it sucks or it's hard to say I will pick a name for you.&nbsp; Have a BRIEF backstory, That means a paragraph or two, not 4 pages, not one line either. Have dreams and goals for your character and likes and dislikes. Have an image ready for your token that looks space western. No furries, no pokemon. 5. Do start roleplay with other players, not just the GM. Talk in and out of character like you give a F*** about the story and what's happening in the game. Improvise and pretend you care about the other players even if you just met. 6 .BE NICE and care about your teammates. Role playing among friends is better than random strangers who don't know or care about each other. We are here to have fun and help each other have fun. We play to be social and make friends. If you're not a nice person who wants to make friends and hang out with others and help each other succeed, you're probably not going to fit in. If you want to bond and fight for glory with fantasy friends to save the universe, come join us.&nbsp; 7. We support diversity and welcome everyone regardless of race or sexual preference, but we are not going to treat you special for any reason. (reply to a post by someone who deleted their rude comment) The question would be what spoils.and I wish I could tell you how much a video could make but it's a constant bar that is being raised to pay you less and less. YouTube has changed it pay system and it takes a lot of views to make anything and i prefer the donation based or crowdfunding model as apposed to monitation, gaming videos also pay about 10% of what financial videos do cause the advertising pays less, some people say it takes a 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of views, others say it takes a million views, to be a monitation partner, I have heard you might get 10,000$ from a million views or you might get $50. And if you have copyright material in a video you get nothing. So like I said I like the donation based model and the long term goal is just to make more great gaming friends and be invited to fun things and more games. But let's say you did make something successful,&nbsp; and you want to divvy up spoils.it likely would cost money to promote it on YouTube so someone is going to need to pay $1000 so anyone sees it. Programs like the ones mr beast produces cost 20 to a million to make but let's just look at production costs, about 20-50 grand in editing but it could be 200k. You can watch videos about becoming a YouTube partner where YouTube suggests your video to people in exchange for taking a huge paycut on monitation so they make more and you make even less. My animation and editing is half ass so I can put out videos fast, a recent video took 2 hours to record for each of my players but as a gm I spent $300 in programing buttons for my game from outside help and maybe 300 hours setting up my game on roll20 plus my $10 a month for roll20. Editing and poorly drawing and coloring art takes about 80 hours reducing the game to about 40 minutes from the original 2 hours. To compare beauty and the beast took a staff of 240 people 2 years to produce a 2 hour show. So I am into each episode 2 hours of fun time and 380 hours of not fun time plus any money expenses and players are into the game only 2 hours of fun time of which they might have 10 min of used audio . So it's not what you would call an equal team effort,&nbsp; It not a good business model but who know I might make $50 in 20 years from it , and even if it make $10,000 on it I would of made more working at McDonald's. But it's more about the fun I have and having a recording of my game so I can share with people, and maybe teaching them how to gm and play a little.

Hiya Jeffrey!&nbsp; My name is Ciaran, me and my group of friends have been playing table top games together for years now and are all very interested!. All four of us are experienced in playing games that sound Similar to Firewinds and the group was super interested when I brought it up!&nbsp; We are all experienced roleplays and close friends outside of game, knowing each other IRL.&nbsp; My friend Tommy and I are actually in the process of editing our own table top game (He has done most of the work) which was ran on his own custom system as well. No the thing is ZerO, you accused me of being greedy and generous at the same time, you sound like you think you are entitled to be paid to play a game instead of paying to play a game like other gms charge, and criticize me for having a fun game that is free to play regardless if I ever get paid at all and for giving someone not only an edited video they can share with friends afterward, and the experience and fun of playing , and something they could put on an acting resume. you sound like you want everything free and don't want to work for it, the typical entitled communist just one more theft from equality. Wants to tell everyone else how they should work hard but do no work themselves and then is jealous of the accomplishments of others that do work hard.
