Hello there was a problem during my session, I could not see the animated tokens that I placed other than with the CTRL S command. They were invisible otherwise, does anyone know what to do?
Were these animated tokens..... That you bought in Roll20 Marketplace and was in your Purchases? That you uploaded previously, and they were working before? Or new animated GIF's that you're trying to upload from your computer to the Roll20 tabletop and it's not finishing the conversion?

Those are assets obtained on the Roll20 Marketplace via the Pro subscription
Just want to report I'm having the same issue. I switched my game from Jumpgate to Legacy and it seems to have fixed the problem for now, but I can't see my Roll20 Marketplace animated assets in Jumpgate for some reason (animated graphics is on and play button is active).
Anyone experiencing this, if you can please report it to Roll20 Help Center with the details https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/requests/new With the influx of multiple matching reports, this sounds like a bug has come up and your Help Center report could help the Dev Team to address it
Hi folks, we have confirmed this issue with some animations not displaying on the Tabletop in Firefox, and are currently investigating the possible cause. We hope to have a fix released as soon as possible. Thanks for the reports!
