LFM Weekly D&D 4e (Beginner group) (EU)

All stories have a beginning and all heroes have to take a first step. Well, that was quick. We filled up again. Thanks for the Interest but we are full. Also, I have a few topics in the campaign forum where we introduce ourselfs etc. and you have to be willing to atleast check it out once day. As for the character: we prefer a Defender or Leader character but any well designed character will do.  G reetings adventurers, My friend and I would like to invite every interested hero in joining us on our first adventure into the world of Dungeons and Dragons. We are both new but are willing to learn on the go and have fun doing it. As it stands now we are planning to play once a week on Sunday night (20:00 GMT-ish) with myself as DM and him as PC. The story will probably be a pre-made campaign or a dungeon delve (a brief story with a couple of combat encounters). We will probably use Skype as our form of communication but we are open minded towards other possibilities. We intent to have up to 4 PC. This is to keep things simple on both the players and myself as DM. If you are interested in learning the game with us and are available on Sunday nights please reply. If you want to be pro-active you could even add me on Skype (Yami Kero). TL;DR: D&D 4e, Sunday night +/- 20:00 GTM, Beginners
Hello everyone. I'm the friend Yami was talking about. Just wanted to post a quick reply to introduce. Hope to see a lot more replies.
interested in joining
Hello Lenny, Great to see that you are interested. I just added the campaign page so feel free to sign up.
Hey, sent you a PM, but just letting you know I am interested in joining. While I am not in Europe, the time works for me. Thanks!
We have a full team. Thanks for showing interest and maybe I will see you in an other campaign!
Darn ! Just yesterday I looked for a new D&D Group in Europe, must have missed your post by a few hours.
(copy from top post and bump) Well, that was quick. We filled up again. Thanks for the Interest but we are full. Also, I have a few topics in the campaign forum where we introduce ourselfs etc. and you have to be willing to atleast check it out once day. As for the character: we prefer a Defender or Leader character but any well designed character will do.  The rest of the information in my original post is still up to date.
How long do you play for? I have been wanting to try 4e but never had the chance.
This is the first DnD campaign I have made so I cant really say for sure. The part I made for coming Sunday is, hopefully 2-3 hours long. I will add more content to it when I have the 4th player because I can then fine tune the combat and move on to adding more story. Something to consider is that I, as the DM, am new, 2 of our players are 100% new and the 3rd player (dnf) only has a couple of games under his belt. So it might advance a bit slow in the beginning and the combat might take a bit longer. As for the length of the Session: Both I, Mark and Sebastian literary have the entire evening and night available. For dnf it might be different but prior to the session I want to make a topic in which we set our exact start time and a time on which we aim to end.
Well I'm still Interested so if you will have me I will join. Will have to get some books though got lots of experience with 3.5 and pathfinder and a bit in 1st and second but that's it.
id love to join too ive never played D&D either
Thanks for the Interest Natoyo but we are full again. Should this change for some reason I will send you a PM.
actually forget it i just noticed the time. 20:00 gmt is 22:00 here sooo... that's kinda late especially if you plan on playing for 2+ hours sorry should have read more carefully
