Two of my PCs can't see in Dynamic Lighting

I have recreated their tokens twice each and they still say can't see anything. I have logged on to their tokens and I can see fine. What could be going wrong that they aren't able to see in dynamic lighting (day time) but I can when I log on to their tokens?

Hi DAVID S.,  Some possibilities:  1) Mask (Fog of War) is covering things 2) They do not have control over the token or it's associated Character. Note: If they have control over the character but the token is not linked to the Character then the Character's control does not extend to the Token.  3) They do not have "Vision" set on the token 4) They do not have Nightvision, a light source, or daylight mode 5) They have not moved the token when "Update Vision on Token Drop" is set.  Note: "logging onto their tokens" can provide false results if you use Ctrl+L (line of sight check) or your GM account. Using a dummy account  is usually the best option for verifying what a player sees.  If none of these help please send me an invite to your game and I can diagnose the issue.

Hi David! Since you are a Pro user, I would suggest installing the Dynamic Lighting Tool script. It has a button just for diagnosing this, called "Why can't this token see?", along with explanations and buttons for quick fixes for common problems.
Thanks so much for the help

"Update Vision on Token Drop"  is one of the page settings. This setting will make sure that the token's vision does not update until it finishes a move. It gives slightly better performance, and keeps a player from secretly moving their token all over the map and releasing it back at the starting point so that it looks like they have not moved.

Thank you, I see what it is, it's just not the same name in French.

Posting a screen shot of the vision settings might help, as well as a shot of the VTT with the problem token in view along with whatever is producing the light.
