You could also file a Help Center Request , (it sounds like you might have done so already), which would create an actual ticket. Issues are rarely tracked through the forum, since they are too easily misplaced or overlooked. The Ticket is a token that has to be resolved, one way or another. Most forum help is community based. Regarding legacy, The first sentence I posted (about cached data not immediately disappearing) was a possibility of why you were seeing images in the Legacy game. Since they come from a different URL, your browser might still have them in its image cache. Assuming both games were viewed on the same browser, and you flushed the cache as suggested, the fact that you saw any images at all (blurry or not) suggests that they are still in your Art Library somewhere. Without actually putting hands on your computer we (I.e. Gauss and I, as Forum Champions) can't do much more than ask questions and make suggestions. The help center ticket will get a dev who can actually look into the Library, the game, check Amazon Web Services (the host), and much more.
