Journal Chaos after using roll20 on mobile

I promoted one of my friends to GM on a D&D 5e game. He accessed the campaign via the mobile site, and somehow caused all of the handouts and characters to be removed from the folders, so that the journal is now just one long list of randomly assorted handouts and characters. There are hundreds of them and it would take hours to manually fix this. Anyone know of any solution to this?

What a mess! First I'd say log out of your game, and log back in.  If that didn't fix it, I'd say test it by logging-in using a different browser (switch to Firefox or Chrome) and try it.  If that doesn't fix it, clear your Cache (of your web browser) and load it again.  If nothing is working, you could do "Roll Back" game to get an older copy of your game before the issue cropped up.  Or, send a report to Roll20 Help Center and hope to get support from Roll20
