2024 Monsters not Showing in Compendium Search In Game

So, when I go to search for monsters from the 2024 Monster Manual, they're not appearing when I type in something like "Vampire" or "Bandit". However, when I select my search to be categorized by Monsters the stat blocks appear. Is there any particular reason for this? It seems that the statblocks work perfectly fine on non jumpgate games, so this seems baffling.

Hi Canadian Princess! It sounds like you've fallen afoul of the bug that was plaguing me and some others. I thought it had gone away (it has for me), but apparently not. This seems to be a bug at the account level. I would suggest filing a  Help Center Request , and see if they can help you. I'll also see if I can call attention to this thread. In the meantime, a workaround is to use a  Dummy Account . Invite it to the game and promote it to GM. The compendium will work normally. Clunky, yes, absolutely. But it gets things working immediately while your problem is being resolved.  Hopefully, it will resolve itself, like mine did.

I've submitted an additional report anyway, since this has been an ongoing concern that has proved very difficult to track down.

My friends are intermittently experiencing this.  2 of them are able to some monsters from 2024 but not all. What is the fix and how do I apply it to my campaign

Im having an issue with npc and monster sheets being blank when I open them. Im running curse of strahd in jump gate and have the 2014 and 2024 core books. But eveytime I open an NPC or monster sheet they come up with the 2024 sheet and its blank. Any suggestions?
