Creating a player Hover Over Signpost. (ex Frozen Sick)

I noticed a convenient plaque (GIF image) in the marketplace Frozen Sick starter. <a href="https://cdn-static.roll20.net/marketplace/WotC/Explorer's%20Guide%20to%20Wildemount%20Remaster/Frozen%20Sick.gif" rel="nofollow">https://cdn-static.roll20.net/marketplace/WotC/Explorer's%20Guide%20to%20Wildemount%20Remaster/Frozen%20Sick.gif</a> I have explored Tooltips but I don't know if that is how it was done. I want to use this for sign posts or WorldMap towns Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

It's probably a tool tip with custom CSS using the stylus plug-in.
Thank you for the quick reply, I appreciate that. That would require all my players make changes to their browsers and for me to make a custom CSS.&nbsp; &nbsp;I feel we shouldn't showcase something that isn't native to a Marketplace item. West
Couldn't you just create a transparent token with a tooltip and overlay it on whatever you want to have a tooltip, if that thing doesn't have a token of its own?

I echo what Tuo said, I'd use a token tooltip.
