creating a new tag to seperate 5e 2014 and 5e 2024

Score + 21
just as stated, a new game type tag that can be added to listings that would allow someone to search for a specific version and know at a glance which version a game is using
I suggested the same thing, but mine got closed today for not having enough upvotes. +1 in hope this one gets through.
well im glad you agree. hopefully we can keep this post active enough that it wont get burried

With 2 completely different Character Sheets, and different rule-books,  Roll20 needs separate tags for 2014 and 2024.

LOL - I honestly have no interest in 2024.  I'd rather buy third party products than WOTC materials these days.  Even the later 2014 edition supplements seemed weaker than what you'd want to see (Last straw for me was the re-introduction of spell jammer. That Aside, i was fishting through the forums to see if there was a way from keeping the 2024 junk from showing up in my search feed, when my campaign is on 2014, and I paid for nothing from 2024 for my game, not sure why I have to see that stuff in my compendium. Hi Scott,  If you'd like to remove the Free Basic Rules 2024 from your game's compendium access you can do the following (assumes you are the Game Owner):  Go to Roll20.net Click the name of your game Click Settings Click Game Settings Click Content Sharing find the Free Basic Rules 2024 and deselect it (make it red).  Save
gauss, none of that helps when looking for a game to join. i want a way to filter the 2 versions of 5e when searching for a campaign to join. i dont see why having 2 tags (5e 2014, and 5e 2024) in the search bar would be a difficult or challenging thing to implement

sorry, i just REALLY want them to add this tag thing and dont want the devs to ignore this or delete this post because it went off topic
