Time: Sundays 14:00 CET (aka Berlin Time) Have you ever dreamed of becoming a professional pirate, matey? Do you fancy finding treasure conveniently marked with a big X on an old map? Have you ever wanted to participate in a ship-to-ship combat in a dramatic adventure, but found out that none of the official modules have suitable rules for that? Well, today you are in luck. As a DM with 8 years of experience, I am looking for 2 players to bolster my existing group and launch a new homebrew pirate adventure (on either 16th or 23rd of March). The adventure is expected to last for about 8 sessions, with possible continuation if all goes well. All characters start at level 1 as try-outs for a pirate captain, but after certain events there will be an opportunity to commandeer a ship, declare one of the PCs a captain and create your own pirate legacy. I have prepared a set of homebrew rules for naval combat, based on the best bits of 4 other DnD naval combat systems, which should make any such engagements be resolved within a session. While the adventure expects your character to go on a crime spree, the goal of it is to acquire wealth, which will substitute experience points. Kicking random puppies for giggles is prohibited. Additionally, it is still a cooperative game, so you are expected to help your fellow players out. I use a combination of Discord (audio-only) and Roll20 in order to play. If interested, please write me a personal message with the following information: 1) Your age 2) What is your favorite part in TTRPGs? Are you familiar with Discord and Roll20? 3) Will you be regularly available for the sessions on Sundays 14:00 CET (Berlin Time) for the next 8 weeks? Players of all skill levels are welcome!
