Graphics Performance Notification

I recently purchased a new computer, a new computer, a Lenovo Legion 7i 16 Inch Gaming Laptop. It's way more powerful than any of my previous computers. However, whenever I load up a game in Roll20 and that VTT map comes up I get the error message below. I tried to follow all of the trouble shooting recommendations but nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do?
You might want to provide what system the laptop is running and what browser you are using to help with problem solving this issue. One thing I can think of off the bat is have you got the browser added to your graphics settings details in the link https://support.cmbuilder.io/hc/en-us/articles/15379242522907-Edit-Browser-GPU-Settings.
see if your browser has graphic acceleration turned on

I had the same message, same pop-up experience, for the same reason (except my new laptop is a different model than yours). After testing heavily, ultimately I have clicked the "Don't Show Again" for that pop-up. I think it's just wrong. My laptop when I installed Chrome Browser automatically came with the Hardware Accelleration setting turned ON and I got that warning message with it ON. I tested turning off Hardware Accelleration and the roll20 performance was worse, dynamic lighting didn't load at all. Turned HA back on, still got the warning message, but Roll20 is performing as expected. So, I would say, ignore the message, if you have the same experience. It seems to be a false-positive. Robert D. said: I recently purchased a new computer, a new computer, a Lenovo Legion 7i 16 Inch Gaming Laptop. It's way more powerful than any of my previous computers. However, whenever I load up a game in Roll20 and that VTT map comes up I get the error message below. I tried to follow all of the trouble shooting recommendations but nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do?
Thank you everyone for the responses. It may be a false positive but one other issue I've had, separate from Roll20, is that when I'm running a game on Roll20 and using Discord for audio or audio/video, I've had performance issues where Discord cuts out. This never happened with my previous computers, which were far less powerful. I'm using Windows 11 and Chrome browser.

I don't know why that's happening but, for a workaround tip, run Discord on your phone or external device, that way it won't compete with Roll20 / Browser. Phones tend to have a good voice mic anyway and the discord app works well on mobiles.
