Cannot use character sheets, rolle dice or use any tools when a player in games

Recently had an issue where I was unable to access character sheets, roll dice or use any tools as a player. These problems do not persist when I am a GM of my own games. Although, interestingly it persist when given co-GM permissions in my wife's game. Weird. Anyway, I tried most of the common troubleshooting tips and managed to isolate the problem. I did recently get a new PC. I don't have the same problems on my phone or other devices. I have tried updating drivers, clearing caches and using a different browser. Thank you

It's mostly community help here. You should use the Help Center and Send a request to get Roll20 staff attention and a ticket to track your issue. My suggestion is, as always, to try in a Chrome Incognito / Firefox Private Browsing window.

I had trouble with this for my players when I tried to start a campaign. As the GM, I had to go in to the character, Edit, Can Be Edited and controlled by, and attach the player.

Yeah, that certainly isn't the issue here, but I appreciate the tip.
