(PF1E) Looking for players who are NOT agressive min/max or power gamers.

I've had 2 campaign ideas floating around for some time. I've tried to get both off the ground, but both have failed due to players who are out to "win" with building the most powerful builds, rather than playing to enjoy the setting and the game together. I am looking for players who enjoy thier character, not their build. Who use weapons because they like that as an idea, not because it's mechanically the best option. First campaign idea was an Evil Sandbox campaign - Soulforged: The Journey From Minions to Masterminds. This is a paizo only 1PP campaign . https://docs.google.com/document/d/1TvAHxTF5EEa5aZiTgi9pkAxe_9c3pRzGr24Zu1PIEbw/edit?usp=drivesdk Second campaign was - The Delve. This campaign will incorporate Spheres of Power material and Akashic to a limited degree. It's Magictech Harry Potter meets dungeon crawl. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NnYXC3S-nmHM5aN5gPjzOg6X4RalHupDE1bcT7E61iA/edit?usp=drivesdk I am seeking players who value variety and versatility over sheer power. There are some unusual circumstances and restrictions in these campaign, and being a one trick pony of Axe Meets Face isn't what I am looking for from players. SO now onto the character creation guidelines! Character Creation Rules: 1) Pathfinder Paizo official material only. 3rd party archetypes will be acceptable on a case by case approval. Elephant in the Room will be used. Firearms rules for both campaigns are commonplace guns, but no advanced firearms. 2) Most races under 20 RP and many of the unknowns should be acceptable ( just ask if it's a questionable RP). 3) Classes with innate access to 9th level spells ( Cleric, Wizard, Druid, etc.) are not allowed. They are rare and powerful beings, and spells of 7th level and above are some of the easiest campaign breakers out there. Chained Summoner is not allowed at this time (Use unchained, but no master summoners or synthesist summoners). Each character gains weapon proficiency in 3 weapons of choice: 1 melee, 1 ranged, and 1 other of any kind. 4) You will be given a stat array to make your character of 18/16/14/14/12/12. You may not start with a stat above 18 after racials at character creation. 5) You will start at level 3 with 1000gp of gear, and we will use milestone leveling. Choose 3 Traits, no drawbacks. (Campaign traits are acceptable , just ask first as some are MUCH stronger than others). 6) Feats that are banned are Sacred Geometry, Arithrimancy, and any feat that grants a cohort or followers. This may be expanded later. 7) There is going to be a bonus given to each character. You will be selecting one of multiple options provided, wherein it will then be revealed what that benefit is. Please come into this campaign accepting of the fact that there is going to be an aspect of your character that isn't fully under your control to choose, may not be mechanically perfect for you, and trust me as a GM to give you valid choices that function for the campaign as a whole. 8) DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT MAKE YOUR CHARACTER SHEET YET. YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHY AFTER THE BONUS IS REVEALED TO YOU. That being said, I would like a mythweavers sheet once a character is settled upon and accepted, and for it to be maintained as you progress and level. ( I can't craft appropriate and challenging encounters unless I know your capabilities) So, if you can't make a character sheet, what do I want? Well, I want a CONCEPT.. race/class/archetype.. Why did you join, what do you hope to accomplish, and what do you wish you COULD do that you can't do right now with your chosen class? (Please keep it reasonable and maybe , just maybe, something can be done about that…hint hint) A) Campaign you would prefer to play. B) Time of availability - I am aiming for Sunday Evenings - 5 pm ish - (CST) or early Sat/Sunday mornings (CST) - like 6am start C) Experience as a player, and a bit about yourself as a person D) Character concept (race / class / archetype) - What are your characters hopes and goals. What do you wish you could do that you can't currently with your class abilities?

A) Soulforged, as you described Delve as a dungeon crawler which does not seem to align with the intended " playing to enjoy the setting" philosophy :D. B) Saturday/Sunday morning; as I am CST+5ish and this is early noon for me, so perfect! C.1) I have roughly 10 years of PF1e experience; have played through 3 entire campaigns (Jade Regent, Ironfang Invasion and Slumbering Tsar); partially played through Rappan Athukk, Wrath of the Righteous; dabbled in a few short-lived other campaigns and binged Owlcat's games several times. I am also currently GMing Kingmaker, and continue aforementioned WotR campaign, as solo-campaigns. C.2) As for myself, I am an ordinary dude, nearly 30 years old. I started with Pathfinder, and no other system (aside from a Fallout variant) ever even came close to the sheer complex awesome that is 3.75. The way one can realize character concepts down to the smallest details is simply mesmerizing to me. And more importantly; it allows for highly detailed roleplaying - I love getting into character, voice acting ad nauseum, interacting with the world (provided it responds in kind). To an extent, I prefer to treat such games more like classic videogame rpgs than BG3 open-world-sandbox crazy-lolz-random, just so I can remain grounded and consistent in the setting - which is also way I lean more into the martial-side and/or skill-monkey side of things, preferrably with plenty of support and tactical options. D) I adapt my character concept to the consensus and needs of the group; whether it is personality or class. As a nobody, I believe I should not fully aware of my coulds and couldnot's either. I could forsee myself giving my best Admiral Thrawn take, if nobody else wants to be a face. As for races, I like to stick with small monstrous races, such as Goblins and Kobolds, or perhaps something more exotic like permanently transformed Kitsune or Skinwalker. Edit: I am Discord for PMing, if ya want.
I own an 18+ server with players looking for campaigns to play, if you're interested just message me for info~
