Paid for Pro Subscription, but account is still Free

Hello, I bought the Pro subscription on Saturday 03/29/2025, and my account is still free. I have submitted tickets, and staff keeps telling me " We have reset your subscription, please try again" and my account is STILL free. Please help me with this, I cannot use the features I paid for. Thanks, BrandonB

Hi BrandonB,  What is the ticket number? I will see if I can get some attention sent your way.  There may be some kind of miscommunication or error regarding which account should be upgraded.

Hi Brandon! Just in case there does happen to be a miscommunication over the account, make sure that you and the Help Center are both talking about account number 14278412, which is the one you are posting from. You can also try deleting cache, and then logging out and back in, or testing on a different browser. I don't think this is the sort of thing that would be affected by cookies, but it's worth a test.
Hey all, Sorry for the late replies, I work an off shift at work. The ticket number is:  308132 I have been emailing them from the same email associated with my account, so there should be no issue there. I have tried different browsers, as well as devices, and all say the same thing. Account type is free. I tried to delete the cache and sign back in, and this did not work either. Thanks, BrandonB
Ooof, looks like that didn't get resolved.

Or it did get resolved, and they decided not to go Pro. It's between them and Roll20 now, unless they post here again.
