This is an active campaign that already has a session booked for this Sunday at 10am EST. We would have to work out a time to get you through character creation and all the info you missed in session 0 before then Seats remaining: 1/5 More details: https://startplaying.games/adventure/cm66o62p4002izunfhxpbiwry The story is the same but enemies are tougher, and bosses have new abilities. That's what you get here; a Curse of Strahd campaign for players who like a challenge. You won't need to make an optimised / min maxed character, but you should probably not bring along a fighter who dumped Constitution. And make no mistake, just because this campaign will feature intense combat doesn't mean it will lack depth on the RP side of the game! What will this campaign feature? - Weekly sessions spanning levels 2-10 - Deep Roleplay, where your choices shape your relationships with the land, its inhabitants, and Strahd himself - True dread and horror, challenging your characters to overcome overwhelming odds and rise to their heroic potential - Difficult moral dilemmas for your characters to wrestle with - Challenging, dynamic combats where character death is a possibility. As your GM I am rooting for you, and I do not see DnD as a GM vs Player game. But know upfront: I will not shy away from killing your character if that's how the dice fall. - Highly atmospheric HD maps and scenery, fully animated and with accompanying backing SFX - New and tweaked adventure content, including new statblocks for most major boss monsters. - A DM highly familiar with the rules, with a tonne of experience teaching beginners how to play What do you need to join? Someone joining this campaign should: - Be able to make time to attend a 1:1 session 0 before joining one of the active gameplay sessions - Have a strong internet connection - Have a quiet place to play that won't cause consistent background noise/interference over voice - Have a clear microphone - Have regular availability for the game's timeslot - A relatively modern computer with at least 8Gb Ram (I use lots of animations, SFX, and most maps are fully animated).
