Uploading Maps/Tokens takes forever and half the time doesn't work at all.

I have changed up browsers, trying Chrome, Firefox and Brave, with all extensions turned off. I have made sure the files are JPG or PNG and under 2MB, I have emptied my cache. My internet connection is working for for every other website so I know its not a connection issue. I also have over 4000MB free storage on my account so that can't be the issue either.  I have been scouring the forums for another answer and nothing is working. In the past hour I have managed to upload a single token. I am currently prepping for a dungeon crawl and need to upload the maps and scenes but no matter what I do, I cant get the maps to upload. I even tried uploading it before I went out to do some jobs, when I came back an hour later, the bar was only half filled and seemed frozen in place.  I am at my wits end, please help.

Hi Laura! This doesn't sound normal, and I assume you have checked your upload speed (which might be different from your download speed, which is what you would typically notice on most sites). If attempting an upload after clearing cache and cookies, and after you have ruled out possible interference from a VPN yields no improvement, your best bet is to attempt an upload, capture a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and file a  Help Center Request . The team might be able to figure out what is going on from the log.

My suggestions are:  Create a Jumpgate game just for Art Library management (uploads, folders, etc.,) Launch your Art Library game in a Chrome Incognito / Firefox Private Browsing window

Although that suggestion may indeed help, it shouldn't be a required workaround. The upload system is not working in this particular case, and it would be good to find out why.
Im hesitant to upgrade to Jumpgate as it seems a bit buggy at the moment and it cant be undone. I dont have a VPN so I guess I will have to try the help centre idea. Thank you! I have no idea what could be causing it
