
Hey all, looking for 1 player to fill in for a group thats been running a few months now. Its a heavily customized game that centers around a magical vortex that zaps the players around to multiple different single session "dungeons". The point of the campaign is to gather the artifacts from each dungeon, and find out what or why is creating this magic vortex before it grows out of control! The game has a heavy lean on old school TSR type dungeon crawl adventures, with the players having a home base, recruitable minions and lots of homebrew and 3rd party expanded content like feats, spells, subclasses and the like. When you're bored of the dungeon crawl sessions there's an "above ground" side of the campaign that focuses more on narrative, faction intrigue, player backstory integration and social gameplay. the more detailed and rich character story you bring in, the more ill be able to work with. The game isn't exactly beginner friendly, i run high powered games, with powerful players and deadly monsters. Victory is earned, not assured I don't subscribe to the philosophy that "Players should always win" it can get dicey down there, but i promise you'll see some cool stuff!
