Hi RPGeezer! Which Chat Technology are you using, in-game? I regularly have a group of 5 in Roll20 A/V using Integrated Voice and Video on a wide range of computers without issue. I do play in some games that use Discord, which has some nice advantages, but the engaged video feeds and whisper function are hard to give up. Have you gone through this article from the Help Center?
Back when Roll20 was on what is now the legacy server, we would frequently use Zoom or Skype and eventually Discord, whatever we could. Nothing worked reliably 100%, so we jumped around a lot. Good luck, and if you do get it sorted out, feel free to post. Success stories rarely get air time.
Realized some (most) of us are likely using Safari which, as an unsupported browser, might be the root of the issue. I’ll see if everyone has the patience to test again with Chrome…
