Jumpgate Token and Loading issues

Hi, I have submitted three bug reports but this is still happening. Every time I try to add or paste a token onto the table to the token appears then starts to wiggle and the screen freezes. Then I try to refresh or leave the game and try again and it doesn't load right. No side frame for the journal and such, no tools bar,and it shows avatar images which it is set to not do. Plus it doesn't finish loading. This has made prep impossible and is a critical failure for Jumpgate. This thing has way ore problems than the old engine and I regret switching my campaign to it. I'm also starting to regret my pro membership because the custom compendium issue is still unaddressed after like 10 years and now I can't get anything done. Frustration triggers meltdowns in autistic people like me and it's getting close to that point. Fix this! And I have no interest in having anything to do with the Discord app I quit in disgust years ago.

Hi Mike! This is definitely not the topical experience. I'm at a loss to figure out why this is behaving this way. If you could answer a few questions, we might be able to help. 1) You submitted three bug reports. What was the response. Did they offer any insight? 2) Are you using a supported browser (Chrome or Firefox)? 3) Do the problems occur when testing on other browsers, and do they occur in a private browsing window 4) Are you on a desktop or a mobile device? 5) Do the problems occur in brand new games?
