Hello, I am a DM and I purchased Eberron: Rising from the Last War, when it comes to character creation, I can choose artificer as a class but level 1 cantrips and spells is just stuck on an infinite loading screen and I'm not able to choose anything.

Hi Noxees! The two best options for you here are to either file a  Help Center Request  and get directed, team-level help, or to report this in the official feedback thread for the sheet and builder, where it will be seen by the developers. Posting in forum mostly results in community-level help.
