"Move Ribbon Party Here", and settings icon change

I will like to suggest a small UI tweak to the party ribbon... 1) When on a page...make an icon for the feature "Move Party Ribbon Here". This is a very commonly used feature, and it should not be buried under the 3 dots icon, which is small and awkward to click on, especially when jumping around pages frequently. 2) I would move the rest of the features, (delete, rename, settings)...as drop down selections (a sub menu)...all to/from the gear icon. 3) As an alternative to the above....just move all these page options...as selectable options under a Right Click context sensitive menu, when a user "right clicks", on a page. The first, and maybe slightly separated item, should be the "Move Party Ribbon Here" feature.
