Subscription issue and contact us issue

I inserted my information and became a member for $100/year and it said my account would be upgraded right away. I am still set to free status however, though my card hasn't been charged I am wondering if I need to resubscribe or if the card will just take time to charge on your end. Thanks.
As an update, I just purchased something from the marketplace and it went through automatically, my bank was showing it as well. I am assuming the transaction just didn't go through before and I need to attempt to resubscribe? Let me know what you think. Thanks.
