Eternal loading in NPCs from the Journal

Hey good people! Something weird started happening today. I was prepping some encounters, going about creating NPCs and/or using NPCs from the Monster Manual directly from the compendium. However, once they were done and ready and could be clickable from the Journal (and linked to the corresponding token), I wasn't able to open the sheets. It just kept loading forever. I tried disabling popup windows, same issue happens with Firefox and Chrome and continues to happen after clearing cookies and cache. Any ideas what could be happening? I have a big session tomorrow and having the monsters ready to go saves up a lot of time. Hopefully there's a way around this. Thanks in advance! This is what it looks like when trying to open a Giant Hyena from the journal:
If you can access the Attributes tab, look for one named "npc_build_flag". The value may be stuck at 1. Change it manually to 0 and that may clear it for use.
Mark G. said: If you can access the Attributes tab, look for one named "npc_build_flag". The value may be stuck at 1. Change it manually to 0 and that may clear it for use.  Would you be so kind as to give me the instructions on how to do this? I don't know how.
It's fixed! I did nothing and it's fixed! Thank you Gods of DnD!
Aaand it's not fixed... I still have this issue. Eternally loading npc sheets. Really bothering me a lot, because I bought the new MM top speed up games with the monster sheets. Not being able to access them is a real deal breaker for me. Any ideas would be extremely appreciated!
It looks like I'm here anwering my own questions, but I'll leave this (I HOPE) fix for others to find. It was the "New Compendium" button in settings. I don't know why, I don't even know what it does, but disabling it allowed me to access the sheets once more. Thank god.
That wasn't it... Problem remains. I have zero clue what's going on. Most of the time I can't access anything from my journal but suddenly I can for a brief moment. Then, it goes again. I'm simply stumped and locked out of the content I purchased. Demoralized.
Oh no! Have you reached out to us in the Help Center yet? If not, please do so, we'd love to help troubleshoot this with you! If you have, please DM me your ticket # and I'll see what I can do!

Also, when filing your  Help Center Request , it can give the team better info if you include a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ).
Ok, apparently it's been solved. I much appreciate the help I received via the Help Center. Should have asked there in the first place. Turns out it has something to do with my internet connection. No idea what it is or why it happens, but if I use a VPN and reroute via the country next door, it works no problem. Lucky for me, I have a VPN included with my antivurs subscription, so this isn't a big deal. I leave this message for future reference in case anyone has the same problem (hopefully not me again in 2 days). Thanks again Roll20 team :)
