Can Wizards Train Bluff?

All right, I was messing around with the Character Builder from WOTC. Great piece of software, but as I was creating my illusionist wizard, I noticed that it was letting me train bluff. I checked my Player's Handbook and Arcane Power and I can't find anywhere where it says that wizards can train in bluff.  Ordinarily I'd overlook this as a bug, but training in bluff would be perfect for the kind of character I want to roleplay. So if anyone could point me to where it says this, I'd be very grateful.

Ahhh yeah, I cannot help you there. :) - Gauss
Yes you can,  I just built a Gnome illusionist adding the Background Entertainer (Bluff as class skill)
A Wizard (Binder) has Bluff as a class skill. A Wizard (Mage) with Illusion school specialization has bonuses to Bluff checks, but not access to Bluff as a class skill so far as I can tell. A background would give you access to Bluff as a class skill, as might certain Character Themes. Multiclass feats may also do the same. Note however that you don't need the Bluff skill to roleplay someone who stretches the truth. (Unless your DM is doing something silly like asking you to roll for Bluff every time your character lies, of course.)
My bad everyone, I finally found it. Turns out that because I was an Eladrin, I got a free training in a skill of my choice. Thanks for all the help though.
