As the title says, I'm gauging player interest in campaigns based on League of Legends, Maplestory, and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. No games have been set up for MS or PMD yet, but I plan on starting a campaign for both once I finish tuning the systems. I am already running a LoL based campaign for some friends rn, but am looking to start another in the same world to spice things up. Some info on the games: LoL: 5e supplement, pulling from Runarcana with the addition of my own homebrew. Set in the world of Runeterra (AU) (NOT ARCANE) where I mix and match different pieces of lore to make a trainwreck. MS: 5e-esque where you choose your class from the original 4 (maybe 5) explorers, using pre-bb skills. You're in Maple World, go grind to level up, everyone knows quests are a waste of time. PMD: This one's the furthest from being complete, even while ripping content from the multitude of pokemon ttrpgs out there. You play as a pokemon and do a lot of math. Will probably end up either being very rp and theater of the mind heavy or a dungeon crawling number crunching nightmare. If anyone's interested in eventually playing any of these or has any cool ideas, please let me know. Please also try to leave your replies here in this thread so I can tally things easier. I'd love to hear the communities' thoughts on these video game ttrpg adaptions (or adaptions in general). As a reminder, this is not a recruitment thread, I will have individual posts for specific campaigns once I get those up and running. Feel free to save this thread and check back in whenever you feel lonely to see if I've posted a campaign or a playtest oneshot. In addition, if anyone is interested in running something like this themselves, I'd be more than happy to share my thoughts and details on system designs with you and have people playtest. Regardless if you're going to reply or not, thanks for taking the time to read this far, I'm a huge fan.
