In terms of fantasy, I would describe it as the perfect scoop of vanilla ice cream, where the stories tend to focus on world-shattering epics. This is really my own setting, where Elves will be Elves, Dwarves will be Dwarves, and many of the fantasy troupes that you will be familiar with will mostly all be in play, but with a few twists to make it feel interesting and special. Genre (In order of importance): High Fantasy....that is it. Keywords (In order of importance): Epic, Grand Scale, & Adventure Visual Description: The visual language of Lorebound can vary a lot depending on where you are, but a very traditional Tolkien inspired fantasy would be the easiest way to describe it. Magic Description: Magic is a facet of life to the setting to the degree it would be involved in everyone's life to some degree. Not every person is able to use magic, but its wide scale usage would still impact every citizen. Technology Description: Low/None. This is a place where gunpowder is hardly known. There are no mechanical trains, no steam boats, or anything like that. There are airships, but they are magically driven, very rare, and really only owned by the largest militaries in the world. This is one very major exception, which is Warforged. In this setting, Warforged are former mortals who have used themselves as magical machines to try and embrace immortality. Race Restrictions: None. Class Restrictions: Artificer and Gunslinger Campaign Details Players must complete a player questionnaire with details about their backstory that will be worked into the campaign itself.
