Turn Snap On/Off Per Token Option

I would like to turn snap off (or back on) on a token-by-token basis. In essence, the each token would automatically be set to snap if the snap to grid function is active, but could be set so snap is turned off if necessary.

There are two options already in existence for turning off snap to grid. 1) Set the token to "Is Drawing" 2) Hold down the ALT key while moving the token and it will ignore snap to grid (holding down the ALT key ignores snap to grid for all purposes).
1 - Removes token features like bubbles. 2 - It's annoying.
I just use the alt key all the time when moving tokens
Alt doesn't work on tablets, so that's not an option. I just want to be able to turn off snap for some things, but not necessarily permanently.
