Moldvay Character Sheet (Need some help!)

I'm going to be running a game of old school D&D, having only ran 4E and 5E previously and I'm using the Moldvay sheet by Amanda the Amazon. But I'm wondering if it's really working as intended? The monster "to hit" table (see below) should be updated as the hit dice of the monster increases, should it not? Been tearing my hair out rolling from the sheet trying to test it but it's been a while since I used roll20 and I'm no longer fluent in the arcane language of roll macros and such. But looking at the rolls it seems like it doesn't account for the monster's hit dice, meaning that rolling from the sheet can only produce rolls of 1 or lower hit dice monsters. Am I just being dumb or is there something wrong?

Hey Bonken! On the "Monster Sheet" tab, on the Monster To-Hit Roll chart.... Go over to the Zero (0) and you can change that hit roll number. Change it from 19 to 18 or 17 and hit enter. The whole chart will update.  It is not matched to the Monster Hit Dice field, but it lets you set the chart by adjusting the target number under the AC 0.  So if you know you have a 2 HD monster, I would change it from 19 (the default) down to 18 there, and hit enter. My guess is you just overlooked the fact the digits under AC 0 is adjustable up or down.
So I was being dumb! And you're also completely right I had just missed that I can adjust AC 0. My first thought was to adjust them all, starting from left to right which of course didn't work. You're a lifesaver, thanks a bunch for the speedy help!
