Hi Felix. The main way to do it is using screen-translators (like Google translator, or a translation extension in your Browser). Another common recommendation is "Buy the hard-copy physical module in German to read it" while buying the Roll20 Marketplace product version mainly to get the maps & tokens set up. I am pretty sure that Modules in Roll20 Marketplace are only presented in the Language that they are created and sold-as. There is no Automatic translation of modules / handouts / compendium text. Roll20 has Translations available for Character Sheets, but not for some other VTT content. Some modules are sold in multiple languages. Some games on here are even sold in German as the original language. For example, Das Schwarze Auge RPG (not a D&D 5e product) is sold in both/either, bilingual German or English versions: https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/bundle/14733/das-schwarze-auge-starter-bundle I don't find any 5E Module that is sold here in a German version (if there is, I can't find it). Look here for German search results in Roll20 Marketplace adventures section (there are 6, none are for 5E, they are for different games non-D&D): https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/search?keywords=german&category=Games:Adventures
