Nameplates are Broken

Please fix them in time for my game tonight. Tested in Chrome and Firefox Jumpgate Game Found the setting under graphics, but even when set to always it no longer shows the nameplate The nameplates should be set to always by default, because cards are stored on nameplates. To be clear, I am talking about the user video nameplates...video is not working either.

I tried adding images, but the post was rejected with them.

Were your nameplates showing previously, and you just re-opened the game, and now suddenly Nameplates that were showing before are now not showing? (That could be a bug, or a setting).  Or.... are you adding new tokens to the map, and disappointed the Nameplates are not showing? (This is a settings that the GM can control) Also, what do you mean "set to always"? I cannot think of a Nameplate setting that has the word "always" for a setting.  Also, what do you mean Cards are stored on nameplates? Roll20 cards are not stored on nameplates in any sense, they are stored in Card Decks, Card Hands, and the Discard Pile. 

DnDPlay20 said: I tried adding images, but the post was rejected with them. This is a shame. Screenshots could really help. If you can try again. Reduce the size of the screenshots if you can. If you have a very high resolution monitor then the screenshots might be too big.

If it is checked, you need to Hover your mouse over a token to see the Nameplate. I use that setting, it helps declutter the map for me. If it is unchecked, then your Tokens that have Nameplates set-up properly should be showing. It is unchecked by Default.  I just tested in my test game and Nameplates are not broken on mine, they are working as expected.

I am talking about the user nameplates normally visible on bottom left of screen...where the videos usually are. ...hmmn...let me check something...

(this is a serious question in case there is something I don't know about) For me, cards have always been dragged onto the tabletop or onto the Video Webcam Nameplate. Is the video nameplate what you mean by the hand? Got images to work: Found this image on the internet. See the user webcams? The nameplate is on the bottom of their video. When set to Names Only only, it shows only the nameplates/Usernames. Cards can be dragged onto the Names Only (and I assume the webcam). The point is, these will no longer display...the Names Only  or  the webcams.  I even reset my browser setting to make sure they were not blocked.
