Whatever it was, you woke up somewhere else. Somewhere impossible.
The skies above glow with twin moons. The trees hum with magic. And the locals? They’re wary. You’re not the first stranger to tumble into Mirabilis, but you're certainly the latest mystery to arrive in the middle of nowhere with nothing but your instincts, your clothes, and the vague memory of… impact.
In this world, danger is woven into the fabric of life. When monstrous threats arise, the elite H.E.R.O.s, High Experience Response Officers, are called in to protect the innocent and investigate the strange.
But you’re not a H.E.R.O.
You’re a Wayward.
Outsiders. Unknowns. Untrained and untrusted.
