Players Randomly Able to See through Walls (Explorer Mode, JumpGate)

Hi all, This is the second or third time this has happened.  I requested screen shots from the players and were finally able to get a couple that shows the issue. As you can see, the lower-left part of the screen shot was already revealed in Explorer Mode to the player token that is selected, even though the door had not been opened yet. In the second screen shot, you can see a similar effect from a different player (the gnome with the green token ring.) Is this a known issue that has a fix, or is Explorer Mode not stable in JumpGate yet and should be avoided? -Adam
This happened to me once as a player. I don't know what the issue was for sure, but I do think it was either an issue with JumpGate or internet connection.
I have experienced this issue as well.

Thanks for the confirmation that other folks have run into this issue as well.  We've made the decision to stop using Explorer Mode because of this issue, which is unfortunate, because we were told that JumpGate was vastly superior to the old system and would be able to perform much better.  Players like Explorer Mode because they don't have to try to remember where they've been on a map, but if it fails this frequently, it is not worth it. -Adam
