Pay on pay-to-play games

So this may be a stupid question, but, in pay-to-play games it is listed as a dollar rate per game. What is unclear to me (I may just have missed or missread the information I will admit) is that rate per game, as in all the players pitch in to get that value, or is it per player per game? Trying to figure out a budget here and struggling with that concept. Any help from yall would be appreciated. 

Since most of us pro GMs are recruiting on an individual player basis, price per player per session is the standard unless the GM specifically refers to a group rate somewhere in the listing. Happy gaming to you!
