Issues with Character Descriptions, Inventory, and Gold Doubling on Level-Up in D&D 2024

Hello everyone, I’ve been experiencing problems with player character level‑ups in my D&D 2024 campaign. Whenever my characters advance in level, all of their character descriptions and inventory items vanish. I’m a PRO user—can anyone help me understand what might be causing this, or point me toward a fix? Additionally, the characters’ gold amount doubles each time they level up. I believe this happens because every time you level up you must pass through the section where you allocate spells, inventory items, etc. Can you help me, perhaps by directing me to a forum thread or resource that offers a possible solution? I’d rather not revert to the 2014 system, since we’ve already created our character sheets and backstory based on the 2024 rules. Thank you very much.

Hi Frederico! Although it is getting quite long, here is the  official feedback thread  for the 2024 sheet. This thread is dev-monitored. I do know that the gold issue has been reported recently (last few pages).
Frederico A.  I would recommend sending in a help center request so that you get direct feedback and can answer any additional information regarding these issues.

The feedback thread is useful for seeing what is a known issue, and if anyone has solutions or workarounds. (Beyond dev visibility)
Thank you very much for the recommendations, I actually opened a ticket and will now look into the mentioned topic.
