The character sheet for shadowrun refuses to work. First, it wouldn't let me import a valid json file (the sheet even acknowledged the code as a valid json file), now it won't even let me go to the page to even try and import a valid json file.

That's a community-made sheet which hasn't been touched in about two and a half years. According to the readme left by the author, the best way to get their eyes on this is opening an issue here .
I'd encourage you to include the steps you're following to get this outcome, including the JSON you're trying to use. That's the best way for them to figure out what's going wrong!
To add to what Nora has written, this sheet is no longer being maintained by the author . They have announced that they are no longer maintaining their sheets and that someone from community may take over any of their sheets.
