Foreground Layer / Reactions Additions

The Foreground Layer and Reactions are a good step forward and has its uses, but there is a couple of additions that are needed to make it more usable in its current state 1. Reaction objects need to respect Update on Drop, as to prevent players from dragging their token across a reaction object and triggering it without placing the token. 2. Reaction objects should be able to have their bounding box innately transformable in roll20, either drawable, or at least simply be able to transform the hitbox of the reaction. 3. A toggle for a Foreground layer object to be able to block vision for dynamic lighting (but not block movement, even if lighting walls are set to do so).  This is so we can use them in tandem with reactions to have objects such as bushes that block vision, but can be walked into and then seen through.  continuation. Perhaps an additional option to make the object limit vision beyond it while inside it With these additions, Reactions and the Foreground Layer could serve some uses that are needed, and could greatly improve the gameplay experiences that are possible.
