Offset stacked Pogs (counters) & click to expand stack

For wargames, such as ASL, its important to be able to see what's in a stack of counters. On VASL, the slightly offset stacks can be clicked on and expanded to better view the counters (pogs). Without this feature, you can't tell what's going on in an individual hex outside of the top pog.
