Stuck on loading screen

I have been using Roll20 to make a campaign and until today it has been loading fine, but recently it gets stuck on the loading screen, only that campaign though. What can I do to fix this?
I'll make a note for the devs to take a look at this. Let us know if you're still having this problem tomorrow. Also, if you could share some info about your computer (by going to <a href="http://supportdetails.com/" rel="nofollow">http://supportdetails.com/</a> , for example), that would help.
Sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner, here are my details and yes, the problem persists. Operating System Windows 7 Screen Resolution 1280 x 1024 Web Browser Chrome 19.0.1084.56 Browser Size 1280 x 937 IP Address 71.217.79.230 Color Depth 32 Javascript Enabled Flash Version 11.3.300 Cookies Enabled User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/536.5 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/19.0.1084.56 Safari/536.5
Do you have any extensions installed at all?
Im having the same issue. I had to reinstall google Chrome and now it just freezes at the screen wher I sign into my campaign. I tried making a new campaign, just in case it was somthing unique to my old campaign, but I get the same issue. os windows xp Browser Chrome javascript yes cookies enabled yes colour depth 32 screen resolution 1440x900 flash version 11.3.300 user agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/536.11 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/20.0.1132.47 Safari/536.11
i'm having the same issue with any campaign even a new one just to test things, and today was meant to be the first time i would be running a game using this site too, so yeah i'm pretty pissed off at this. the attached file has info made from the <a href="http://supportdetails.com/" rel="nofollow">http://supportdetails.com/</a> thing
ok things seem to have been fixed, please don't pull this stuff again i got so pissed i was thinking of never using this again, GMs really need something that is reliable so that they can run a game that may have been planed for weeks even months in advance.
Nothing has changed for me, im still not able to access my campaign :-(
I am also having the same issue. The campaign will not load. I just started using it yesterday. No changes were made to my computer. I'm using XP with Chrome.
Same here, stuck on the loading screen. I'm using Windows 7 with Chrome, haven't made any changes to my PC since the last time it worked fine (June 30).
Hey guys, I am having the same problems and have posted a detailed bug report in my thread at: <a href="http://community.roll20.net/discussion/1352/stuck-on-loading-screen#Item_1" rel="nofollow">http://community.roll20.net/discussion/1352/stuck-on-loading-screen#Item_1</a>
I hope it being detailed can help.
Same here, tried to log in today and all I'm getting is the loading screen.
Im using Chrome om OSX Leopard. I was editing my scenario just now. I exited to restart the campain with my friends in a Hangout, and now it wont load :P Any news? Any help?
Same here, and I'm getting the same console messages as Scott Winters - 404 from gamma.firebase.com
This really sucks. I was really looking forward to trying this today.
Yep, this was going to be our maiden voyage with Roll20, in about 30 mins. Back to Fantasy Grounds II for tonight then...
It is not even running on Google hangout. It must be something with the servers. I hope they fix it soon.
This is a different issue that the one that this thread was started about, we are experiencing a temporary outage with our real-time sync server. Be sure to check this thread for more info: <a href="http://community.roll20.net/discussion/1352/stuck-on-loading-screen#Item_1" rel="nofollow">http://community.roll20.net/discussion/1352/stuck-on-loading-screen#Item_1</a>
See this thread for a consolidation of this issue: <a href="http://community.roll20.net/discussion/1354/real-time-sync-server-is-currently-down#Item_1" rel="nofollow">http://community.roll20.net/discussion/1354/real-time-sync-server-is-currently-down#Item_1</a>
