Good morning, afternoon, and/or evening! My name is Matthew/Matt. Either works. For transparency, I am 36 years old, pronouns he/him, I am CIS/het, and LGBTQ+ friendly. As mentioned in the title, several of the current campaigns I'm in are ending. As such, I am looking for new games to join. The days/times I am free are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thurdsays after 7:00pm EST. So any game on either one of those days, starting between 7:30pm-8:30pm EST would work for me, and they can be weekly or biweekly. I have been playing for about 9 years now, but mostly with the same people I started playing with, so I'm sort of looking to branch out and hopefully make a few new friends along the way. As a person, I'm pretty laid back, a lover of awful puns and bad jokes, and I do prefer a more casual approach to D&D. I don't really go in for the real hard core style of play. So, the more casual the better. While I am very much more combat oriented in my play style, I have, over the last couple of years, started to overcome my anxieties in the role play side of things, and have been trying to give my characters more...Well...Character, and involve myself more in that aspect. So, please forgive me if I'm not very good at it. Even around people I know it's very difficult for me to get into a character, and I am still learning to overcome it.. One more thing to mention: I have only ever used Discord for voice chat while using roll20 for maps/character sheets.. (I do not do face cam, and I will not use d&dbeyond for anything.) All of that being said, I look forward to hopefully meeting some new people.
