Gm looking for artist

I have a homebrew campaign that I would like to create pictures and layouts for. I am looking for someone who will take my ideas and create illustrations. For example I have a city in my head with a general drawing of it ( I'm not great at drawing). I would like someone to create a image of the city from afar, as well as inside the city from different vantage points. I am unfamiliar with costs to have someone do this so I would like to know how much something like this would cost. If it works out I would likely contract more designs.

Not sure this is the right forum for what you're looking for. I recommend checking Reddit, and maybe even DeviantArt for artists. I can guarantee you it won't be cheap.
