I see this was an intentional change March of 2013. But it doesn't really help much. It's really easy to tick boxes. It's less easy to copy all maps and drawing and Tokens and such. 2. Duplicate Page should be renamed Duplicate Settings. 1. There should be an option to actually Duplicate the Page.
