I'd love to be able to convert the Ruler into a Daggerheart Compatible Ruler, where it hides the "feet" measurement and just show the Melee > Very Close > Close > Far > Very Far increments. And ideally, be able to set the thresholds for each.  Update: Added new display options to show both the measurement and range.  Update: Don't miss the vote button.

Other systems use something similar as well, so it would be best implemented in some way that is customizable for the Game System. Shadowdark uses Close -> Near -> Far.

I thoroughly support the name and number of squares idea as well as just the name.  Daggerheart doesn't use regular distances OR identify squares so keeping woth the normal RAW distance titles is a great way for versimilitude
