Animated Maps in roll20?

Hello: I'm keen on using Dransky's Animated Battlemaps for an upcoming "A Wild Sheep Chase" game I'm running, but I'm having trouble uploading his animated maps. Does Roll20 support them? I seem to be able to upload the static map (as it's .jpg), but not the animated versions. I get "file too big" on some occasions, even though the map is >100mb limit. I've poked around help topics trying to find an answer, but to no avail (or I'm just blind). Thanks!

I think the problem you're running into is File Size. On a Roll20 Plus subscription your file-size upload limit is 50MB. Per the Roll20 Help Center: At paid subscription levels, the total file size limit is increased to 50MB for Plus, and 100MB for Pro Anyway... Is your game on Jumpgate? Jumpgate has far-better support for animations than legacy Roll20 game tables. Here is the Help Center with all the information about support for animated files: https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/articles/360037256634-Best-Practices-for-Files-on-Roll20 Scroll down to the March 2025 Updates under the Animations sub-headline for the latest info.
I changed the game to Jumpgate and I was able to upload the animated maps. Thanks for the tip!
