Zoom doesn't work

Hello. This is the first time I've asked for help, although I've been actively using Roll 20 for ten years. I have a problem with key combinations not working. Ctrl + c\v (copy\paste) doesn't work. Ctrl + z (Display token on screen) doesn't work. How can I solve this problem? Is this just my problem?

Hey, can you give more information? Your post cut off  Zoom should be working on your map Pages in Roll20.

Even "z" should work for a player, so long as a graphic, token or otherwise) is selected first. mrslon, can you describe what you are doing, step by step in detail, what you expect to happen, and what is actually happening? That might help us to find the issue.

I would be grateful. Wow, half that message did not display, but I think I got the gist of it. An issue has happened to several; users who use keyboard layout other than US/UK. Since your response came through in Russian, I suspect the same might be true for you. As a test, can you make sure your keyboard is set to US/UK and try again. If your normal keyboard does turn out to be causing the problem, let me know here and I will make a report. Similarly, you should capture a Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and make a  Help Center Request  as well, describing the problem. That will create a ticket for the dev team to investigate.

If you go to the Keyboard Shortcuts section in your settings for a game you should be able to set "Use Scroll to" to "Zoom" or it maybe already be on that by default, allowing you to use your scroll wheel on the mouse to zoom until the keyboard shortcut issue is fixed
