Delays opening character sheets in roll20 from Demiplane.

Windows 11. Chrome Browser updated to latest version as I write. 16 gig. Out of the 4 members of my gaming group, I seem to be the only one having these problems.  My character sheets seem to take an extraordinary length of time to open up. For example, I have just clicked on my character sheet in the journal and 10 minutes later I am still seeing the animated dice. The same happens if I try an right-click from the character token. I have switched off all extensions apart from lastpass but no improvement. Can anyone make any suggestions because I'm feeling very frustrated.

Hi Martin,  It shouldn't take 10 minutes to open. Most likely it has hung if it is that long.  Have you tried an Incognito tab?  What happens when you use Firefox? (Not suggesting you switch, it is a diagnostic to see how it behaves in the other supported browser.) Have you cleared cookies and cache, then signed out and back in? 

I logged out completely and logged back in to Roll20. This time it opened quite quickly, but it opens with a (read only) in a black box?  This (obviously) wasn't letting me edit it. My third attempt got the sheet running properly.

If it continues I suggest filing a report with Demiplane support .
