Firefox Slow...Chrome fast but unstable

PROBLEM 1: I have fully switched to Jumpgate. So, Firefox on roll20 for me is slow loading and after a while I have to reload to get things like compendium or library search to work faster. Reloading sometimes takes several refreshes...takes forever at times. Chrome seems to load faster, but moving around maps is very choppy and stuttery, which I suppose is a lag issue as well? Legacy required a refresh from time to time, but it was never this bad. Are there browser settings I am missing? Hardware Acel is on. Plugins are mostly disabled, though sometimes I have Beyond20 enabled. I use dark screen because I get migraines, but I don't think that would slow things down...although I have not tried with the default screen. Any suggestions? PROBLEM 2: While streaming my games, I have to use two browsers. One for a logged in player account. This is because if I stream the DM account, it will show the secrets to players, who keep Twitch open to let me know if the stream drops (whole other issue). My problem is that I have to keep going from OBS to the captured player screen to make sure it updates to obs, after things move around...while still trying to run the game through the DM account.  It's not really a Roll20 issue that I know of, but I'm betting we have some fellow streamers around that might know of solutions?

For Problem 1: Yes, probably one of the best settings to try (especially to prevent stuttering during panning) is:  In your game > Settings > Graphics > Nameplate & Bar Settings > Hide on Pan/Zoom Other than that, you can also try adjusting 2 more drop-down menu settings that are there: Lighting Texture Resolution Image Texture Resolution After those, if you still have issues when OBS isn't running, we can pursue other troubleshooting steps (like checking to see if a recent API error caused your game to bog down, or clearing your cache/cookies, running without any browser extensions, etc).  For Problem 2: I've ran into that issue too, and, it's odd but, the Player Browser Window will update continually into OBS if it is an "active" enough browser window on your computer. I think it's the browser itself (not OBS per se) that stops graphically updating when it is not the Focus application on your computer. Here's the trick, that's enough to keep the Player Browser Window as an active app on your computer: Don't full screen your GM browser. Leave your GM browser slightly less than full screen, and leave a sliver of the Player browser visible on the side of your computer screen behind your GM browser window. I've found just a sliver (small thin slice of the edge) of the Player browser window is enough to keep it actively updating itself (and also is pretty easy to toggle over if you need to click something or adjust the view panel). Another possible tip is run the GM and Player views in 2 different browsers, for example GM on Chrome and Player-view on Firefox with just a thin sliver of Firefox showing beside/behind your Chrome.  Last point, the fact that OBS is a major computer resource hog, may affect your Roll20 browser stability, lag, stuttering, unfortunately. That's on OBS end and is easy to test/see the difference when OBS is running vs. not running.

Your suggestions on problem 2 are great too!
If you are using Firefox, you may be able to speed it up by turning on your sidebar, going to its settings, and turning off the AI Chatbot. There may be al sorts of reasons to do this.
