Unable to Upload new Images to Token Library

I've been trying all morning to upload a few images (their sizes at 7.3kb and 10.8kb respectively) but to no avail. The Progress bar fills up but nothing happens. I've waited an hour and nothing changes. My Pro account has 6+GB of space remaining so I know it has nothing to do with that. :3

Hi Hand of Fate! What is the extension on the files? Are they valid formats for upload? If so, I'd suggest trying on a private browsing window to reduce the chance that a browser extension is getting in the way. Deleting cache and cookies, then logging out and in is also worth trying. If that doesn't work, start an upload, capture a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and file a  Help Center Request .

They are .png files, so they are valid formats for uploading. :3 I will do as you suggest and report back with any updates. Thank you!

Great! In that case, look to something like a VPN, Ad blocker or spam filter that might be interfering. (The cache and cookie deletion is also a good bet).

I recommend always launching Roll20 games in an Incognito/Private Browsing window. It has saved me lots of trouble over the years. ;)
