I bought the "Organic Lairs - Pack 3" from Forgotten Adventures, and it appears to not want to load in-game.

I'm not sure if there is a hard limit on design assets in-game, but I waited more than forty five minutes and the little loading spinner on design assets never finished loading - had to start my game without gaining access to any of the assets. I have Organic Lairs - Pack 1 and Pack 2, those open just fine. I'm used to long load times for map tiles (I have a bunch of Gabriel Pickard's sets) but this set seemed even larger than usual, and with it failing to load, I think it's hitting some sort of hard limit on recursion or something.

Hi Pat, What is the search term and dropdown setting you are using in the Art Library tab?

No search term. Just trying to open/expand the asset folder for just this asset (Organic Lairs - Pack 3) .

Sometimes not everything resolves and it requires a search to find it instead. I suggest using the search term "organic-lairs-pack-3" (without quotes) with the dropdown set to "Everything".

It shows maybe 1/10th of all of the assets that are shown in the catalog (on the marketplace) and out of order so all the colors are jumbled up.

Alright, in that case I'd file a report with Roll20 via the Help Center . See if they can help. I wonder if the issue is that the product has 2300+ images. That seems like a lot for one folder in the Art Library.

Pat said: It shows maybe 1/10th of all of the assets that are shown in the catalog (on the marketplace) and out of order so all the colors are jumbled up. When this happens to me, Here is the workaround I've found: Go to the Roll20 Marketplace listing of the product. Find the art you want. Copy the 3 keywords that appear in the Marketplace listing, under the preview of that item. For example, one from Organic Lairs Pack 3 has the keywords: flesh gore eye If you search in-game in your Art Library for "flesh gore eye" without the quotes, you can find access to that particular asset. I know, this is not ideal, and still continue to followup what Gauss said and report to Roll20 Help Center, but i hope this helps you get in-game access to an object-asset that you might be needing for your game.

The absolute best way to load a specific art pack into your art library is to get the ID from the URL on the marketplace, in this case: https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/34781/organic-lairs-pack-3 yields 34781 as the ID. Paste that number into your art library search bar. That will directly load that entire set.

To: Gold, KeithCurtis: I've tried both of these methods. It results in the same incomplete list, out of order, with maybe 1/10 to 1/5 of the assets from the version in the Marketplace. I think the total number of items exceeds some internal limit. Like when they first changed your "owned marketplace items" and didn't account for people owning more than a few items and didn't have a loading spinner but had a "You have no items" message while loading failed in the background. There are limits that aren't put into use cases when testing a lot of these systems.

I can confirm that it looks to be loading up to about 1000 members of that set. That set is HUGE. (2,331 members). It is possible that this is hitting some sort of limit, as I've never tried to manage a set that big. Took forever to load it on the web. I'll make a report and see if I can find out more.
